Posttraumatic single-stage ear reconstruction with a contralateral temporoparietal free flap: a case report

چکیده
In addition to the inherent difficulties of ear reconstruction, including its three-dimensional, symmetrical, and bilateral nature, posttraumatic reconstruction is even more challenging because destruction adjacent soft tissues vessels following trauma. severe cases, ipsilateral becomes especially difficult. case herein, we present single-stage with a contralateral temporoparietal fascial free flap using branch facial artery as recipient vessel. Posttraumatic should be performed after considering extent tissue damage, available treatment options, patient’s preferences. cases that involve lack on side, vessel considered option.
